Grants or assistance for someone with a disability

I am disabled from a traumatic brain injury and am seeking assistance for higher education or training to get back in the work force. I also would be interested in a grant or any way to start a business. I have not been able to go back to my old job for over two years. My brain damage will not permit me to return to my former occupation.
